Your account and evidence

This notice describes the information used by the connected RippleXn, RipTags, ProofTimeline and JumpXn services.

What is stored

Your name, email address and hashed password identify your account. The service stores your workspaces, roles, invitations, selected services, session membership, tag ownership, photographs, observations, sensor readings, alerts, report snapshots and saved replay timing. Your entry product and most recently used service help return you to the right task. Order and delivery records are stored when ordering is enabled. Payment card details are entered with the payment provider, not stored by this application.

Who can see a recording

Your attempt recordings and saved comparisons can be viewed by you and the hosts of that session. Other riders cannot open your private attempts. A session’s reference recording is available to its participants and hosts. Uploading a recording does not publish it to a public show or social network. Only upload footage you have permission to use.

Why it is used

Account details support sign-in and recovery. Session and recording data let you join a challenge, replay a clip and reopen a saved comparison. Tag and order records support ownership, allocation and fulfilment. Security controls use limited request information to prevent repeated sign-in and upload abuse.

Storage and access

The customer service uses a database and private persistent media storage. Server access checks protect private records, photos, recordings and reports. Workspace owners control colleague access. Public place records remain separate. Email verification and account recovery use the configured transactional email provider; evidence PDFs are generated locally. Authorised service operators may need access to operate and support the service. A public tag code is an address, not proof of ownership; keep your private pack claim code to yourself.

Your information

Use My account for the available account export and password controls. An observation can be withdrawn from future reports; existing report snapshots and downloaded copies retain their stated history. Withdrawal is not erasure. Retention and erasure requests require review, including backups and workspace obligations. For a correction, removal request or privacy question, use Contact us on RipTags.com. Account creation does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
